FAMILY CHRONICLES BRICK - WALLS & UPDATES VIEW OVER 500 HENDON BURIALS AT MY FIND-A-GRAVE SITE:
 In spite
of our best efforts, our Hendon ancestry still
contains many "brick-walls"; i. e., we lack sufficient
information on some individuals to correctly place
them with the right family. Example: my own
ancestor, James Hendon (ca 1733 - 1791), who
married Hannah Norris, is said to be the son of
Josias Hendon and Elizabeth Robinson. No proof
has ever been found that connects him to Josias
Hendon; no mention of James in either Josias or
Hannah's Wills; no birth infomation for James;
no military info. We aren't even positive he was
born in Maryland. The only records which I'm
aware: James Hendon and Hannah Robinson marriage
document from Maryland archives.
We are currently exploring this possibility and will convey our findings when we complete them. After
publishing my book, Hendon
Family Chronicles in
2008, I've found errors which I'm trying to correct.
So, while researching, I've discover new information that is not included in the book(s). Some of those "Brick-walls" Follow. As additional information becomes
